OKAMI, proprietress at SHORAIAN, Fuyoh Kobayashi upholds“heart,” which is “KOKORO”  in Japanese.


“That which SHORAIAN proprietress Fuyuh  Kobayashi maintains with great care is “heart” (known as “KOKORO” in Japanese).


” We would like our guests to soothe their hearts by enjoying the OKAMI’s (proprietress) calligraphic works and eating tofu cuisine.


Our motto is to bring the OKAMI’s KOKORO (sprit) into our tofu cuisine to our guests. Our cuisine differs every month, serving food and ingredients which reflect the seasons.


It is for our guests to experience the senses and colors of the season.
